Massage during your pregnancy can help to reduce stress, decrease swelling and fluid retention and relieve aches and pains. It is also great for alleviating back pain when your choices of pain relief are limited.
To provide comfort and accommodate your growing tummy, we use a pregnancy overlay on the massage table, so you can continue to enjoy massage on your legs and back. Or if you prefer, you can have your massage lying on your side.
If your baby is overdue, massaging certain pressure points can help to stimulate labour.
